  • clearly state the purposes for which we process personal data. We do this through this privacy statement;
  • limit our collection of personal data to only the personal data necessary for legitimate purposes;
  • first ask you for explicit consent to process your personal data in cases where your consent is required;

Purposes

SalesChamp collects your personal data for the following purposes:

a. Registration

For certain parts of our service, you must first register. After registration, we store the personal data you provided via your chosen username. We store this data so that you do not have to enter it every time, so that we can contact you regarding the execution of the agreement, invoicing and payment, and to provide an overview of the products and services you have purchased from us.

We will not provide the data linked to your username to third parties, unless this is necessary for the execution of the agreement you enter into with us or if this is legally required. In case of suspected fraud or misuse of our website, we may hand over personal data to the competent authorities.

b. Portal access

With our portal, you can access a management environment where you can set, enter, and modify things yourself.

c. Order processing

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data for processing it.

d. Contact form

If you fill out a contact form on the website or send us an email, the data you send us will be stored for as long as necessary by the nature of the form or the content of your email for the complete answering and handling thereof.

Disclosure to third parties

Your data will explicitly not be provided to third parties unless this is necessary for proper handling of your order.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorized access to personal data. In particular, we take the following measures:

  • Access to personal data is protected with a username and password;
  • We use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) that protect all information between you and our website when you enter personal data;
  • We keep logs of all requests for personal data;
  • We maintain statistics on our website, but this is always done anonymously.

Personal data is stored on secure servers. We do not store data longer than necessary for the purposes mentioned above or to comply with legal (retention) obligations. Data may - anonymized - be stored longer for statistical purposes.

Third-party websites

This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites connected to this website through links. We cannot guarantee that these third parties handle your personal data in a reliable or secure manner. We recommend reading the privacy statement of these websites before using them.

Right to correction, inspection, deletion, objection, and data portability

You can at any time and without cost gain insight into your data processed by SalesChamp and adjust or have your data deleted if desired. If you wish, you can also receive your contact, address, and bank details from us in a machine-readable format, for example because you want to pass them on to another organization. For this, you can contact SalesChamp via hello@saleschamp.nl.

You can also object to receiving targeted information about our services that we offer you by email or phone. If you do not appreciate receiving information about our products or services, you can let us know via the email address hello@saleschamp.nl.

You may also ask us to delete your data from the database. Please realize that we may not always be able to comply with this. For example, the tax authorities require us to keep agreements for 7 years. Also, if you ask us not to contact you with marketing, we must remember your name to exclude you from our future campaigns. If we cannot comply with your request, you will of course hear from us the reason for this.

Have you discovered a (possible) data breach? Report this to SalesChamp as soon as possible via hello@saleschamp.nl after you have identified the data breach.
