Integrations

ComChamp connects to the tools your team already uses, so customer interactions live in one timeline.

ComChamp integrates with Google Workspace — Calendar, Gmail and Contacts. Every integration is opt-in: you connect it from inside your ComChamp account, you see exactly which permissions are requested, and you can disconnect at any time. Data received from Google APIs is handled under Google's Limited Use requirements — see our privacy policy for the full disclosure.

Google Workspace

Google Calendar

Pull your team's scheduled meetings into each customer's ComChamp timeline, and push follow-up events back to Google Calendar when a deal, task or callback is created in ComChamp.

What ComChamp accesses

Read/write access to the calendars you explicitly connect. We read event titles, times, attendees and descriptions to associate events with customer records, and create new events on your behalf when you schedule follow-ups from within ComChamp.

Consent and control

You grant access per user, from Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar. You can revoke access in ComChamp or from your Google account's security page at any time; revocation is immediate.

Gmail

Send outbound email from ComChamp and keep a copy of each message attached to the right CRM record, so follow-ups are always next to the customer they belong to.

What ComChamp accesses

Permission to send email as you (OAuth send scope), and — when you explicitly log an incoming reply to a CRM record — metadata and body of that specific message. We do not scan your inbox in the background and we do not index messages that are not explicitly attached to a CRM record.

Consent and control

Granted per user from Settings → Integrations → Gmail. You can revoke access at any time; revocation stops further sends and breaks the attachment for new replies.

Google Contacts

Keep contact details in sync between ComChamp and your team's Google address book, so changes made in one place show up in the other without manual entry.

What ComChamp accesses

Read and write access to the contact groups you explicitly select. Updates flow both ways: edits made in ComChamp sync to Google Contacts, and vice versa.

Consent and control

Granted per user from Settings → Integrations → Google Contacts. Sync is bidirectional by default but can be set to one-way (read-only from Google) from the same screen.

Limited Use of Google user data

ComChamp's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except where necessary for user-facing features you explicitly enabled, for security, to comply with law, or with your explicit consent.
